what i do:
prepare exciting meals for you and/or your guests, in the comfort of your own home.
make meal suggestions based on how/what you want to eat (variety, style, preferred diet)
save you the hassle of meal-planning, shopping, learning a new cuisine, set-up and clean-up
cook, fresh a-la-minute (i.e. risotto, ceviche, korean bbq) or meal-prep for later.

how it works:
initial consultation
we meet at your home or a place of your choosing and discuss your needs. sometimes folks just need one night a week + lunch the next day taken care of. others might need meal prep for multiple days. occasionally it’s nice to treat yourself and/your loved ones to a fancy dinner. whatever your needs are, they require different approaches and we will collaborate on a plan/price that suits them best!
planning
we agree on a date(s) that works within your schedule. we agree on a meal(s) that you want to enjoy and i do research (if necessary) and plan it out for you. shopping is taken care of for you (minus the cost of ingredients), or you can furnish the ingredients yourself - its up to you!
Cooking
at the appointed time, i arrive at your place with all my necessary cooking gear, along with ingredients, sanitize surfaces and then get cooking for a few hours.
depending on the cuisine and your preferences, dinner is served at the time of your choosing, or set aside for you to enjoy whenever you need it.
your kitchen is left in the state that it was before i began, maybe cleaner!
